Roadmap

The public roadmap is tracked in GitHub issues and the Lachesi roadmap project.

Current direction:

  • harden the .lachesi.yaml policy engine;
  • add policy pack loading and named review profiles;
  • implement a headless lachesi review CLI for local and CI usage;
  • improve provider abstraction across Bitbucket, GitHub, AI providers, and publication targets;
  • expand report export, review summaries, and dogfooding guides;
  • publish the website, docs, and design system documentation.

The guiding principle is to keep the core local and open while enabling paid policy packs, team workflows, and setup services around it.
